LogicMonitor Taps Former Slack, Salesforce Leader Christina Kosmowski As President

In the newly-created role of president, Christina Kosmowski will work with LogicMonitor CEO Kevin McGibben on go-to-market strategy as the SaaS provider continues its rapid growth trajectory.

LogicMonitor, the SaaS-based IT infrastructure monitoring platform company, has brought on Slack executive Christina Kosmowski as its first president.

Kosmowski on Thursday joined LogicMonitor after a four-year tenure at business communication player Slack, where she most recently served as vice president, global head of customer success and services. Before that, she spent 15 years at Salesforce.

In her new role with the SaaS provider, Kosmowski will report to Kevin McGibben, CEO of LogicMonitor, as the company continues to scale quickly thanks to booming demand for visibility into hybrid IT infrastructure, according to the company.

Kosmowski has been tasked with leading LogicMonitor’s go-to-market strategy, research and development, and customer success practices. She will work closely with McGibben and LogicMonitor’s leadership team to set the strategic path of the company moving forward, the Santa Barbara, Calif.-based company said.

Prior to her time at Slack, Kosmowski‘s 15 years at Salesforce were spent handling revenue lifecycle management and customer success. She got her start at Salesforce in enterprise consulting.

LogicMonitor in 2019 launched its first-ever partner program -- the LogicMonitor Partner Network -- a worldwide partner program that includes dedicated partner managers, sales and marketing collaboration, training, certification programs and an automated deal registration process. The company does about half of its business through the channel today.
