Insight Taps Capgemini Veteran Dee Burger As President Of North America Business

Insight Enterprises has named Capgemini veteran Dee Burger as its new president of North America business.

Burger will report to Insight CEO Joyce Mullen and will be responsible for Insight’s North America business operations, including heading up partner management, Insight Public Sector, commercial and enterprise sales and solutions delivery.

Burger spent the last 29 years at Paris-based solution provider Capgemini, most recently serving as executive vice president of global business lines in North America covering cloud infrastructure, insights and data, business services, and consulting and engineering. He also led the company’s transformation program for its North American businesses and oversaw its digital and cloud practices.

In February, Insight reported total revenue of $2.6 billion for its fiscal 2021 fourth quarter, which ended Dec. 31. That was up 12 percent from the $2.3 billion the company reported for its fiscal 2020 fourth quarter.

Revenue totals included product revenue of $2.2 billion, up 11 percent, and services revenue of $352.3 million, up 17 percent. Total revenue in North America reached $2.1 billion, up 13 percent year over year.
