Channel Madness Quarterfinals: Dell EMC’s Mullen Holding Slim Lead Over Lenovo’s Cato

The Enterprise 8 are squaring off in the quarterfinal round of the CRN Channel Madness Tournament of Chiefs, with the regional Infrastructure, Hardware, Cloud and Security crowns up for grabs.

The Hardware region is hosting another tight matchup, this time between Dell EMC's Joyce Mullen and Lenovo's Rob Cato. Mullen currently leads it with 52 percent of the vote to Cato's 48 percent. Cato found himself in the closest match of the last round as well but ended up winning over Lexmark's Sammy Kinlaw to make it to Round 3.

In the Infrastructure region, NetApp's Jeff McCullough is leading by a more comfortable margin over Gordon Mackintosh Extreme Networks 67 percent to 33 percent.

In the Cloud region, VMware's Jenni Flinders is on fire in her matchup against Veeam's Kevin Rooney, leading 82 percent to Rooney's 18 percent.

And in the Security region, FireEye's Chris Carter looks strong in his matchup with Kendra Krause of Sophos. Carter is ahead with 82 percent of the vote to Krause's 18 percent.
